I managed the end-to-end production for the majority of our digital catalog. This involved coordinating jewelry logistics with an NYC studio, overseeing high-volume base retouching in Bangladesh, and executing the final creative edits myself. I then directed the upload process to ensure 10,000+ assets were live on our e-commerce platforms.
